Barefoot Walking Technique – Fox Walking
Along with being a great barefoot walking technique, Fox walking is also one of the core awareness skills.
Much is written about Fox walking in the Kamana Naturalist Training Program. It is a powerful awareness tool when learned in conjunction with what Wilderness Awareness School calls its “core routines.”
